Many people are hearing about antibody testing, in the wake of a coronavirus study in the state of New York.
Dr. Ryan Westergaard of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services says more of the reliable antibody tests are becoming available. He says there are still some questions about the precision of them.
Westergaard hopes the state will eventually be able to run antibody tests in areas around Wisconsin. He believes there’s a lot of promise that they can use the antibody tests to learn about the actual size, and scope, of COVID-19 in the state.
