Construction work is underway on a major downtown Oshkosh development. The Brio building will be a five-story mixed use building on Jackson Street just north of the Fox River. The ground floor will be home of the new Oshkosh Food Co-Op. The upper four floors will be apartments. Merge Urban Development Group is the owner. Construction should wrap up by next April.
