Atreyu are set to release their new album Baptize on June 4th and today they hit us with a new song called “Catastrophe.” This is the band’s first album without former frontman Alex Varkatzas.
In September of last year, Atreyu announced their departure with Varkatzas and announced that drummer/ singer Brandon Saller would be taking over the full time vocal duties. Kyle Rosa, Saller’s bandmate from Hell or Highwater, was announced as the new drummer for Atreyu.
Cutter and Kaytie caught up with Saller in October of 2020 to discuss the lineup change and the new album.
