APPLETON, Wis. — Fox Valley Technical College is bucking the trend for falling enrollment.
The college is seeing a 26 percent increase in the number of students taking courses compared with the same period last year.
FVTC President Chris Matheny believes the school’s curriculum flexibility is what’s attracting students and employers alike.
Matheny believes workers who’ve lost hours to the pandemic and flexible enrollment make FVTC attractive.
Nationwide, overall college enrollments dropped by 900,000 students.
