OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. — A dirt bike damages fresh concrete in a construction area on Highway 15 in Outagamie County.
The bike caused an estimated $50,000 worth of damage to concrete near Manley Road in the Greenville area.
The sheriff’s office is looking to identify the driver, who is believed to be a male with all-black clothing and a black helmet.
