APPLETON, Wis. — Criminal charges are filed against an Appleton man in connection with a homicide.
Eric Rogers is charged in Outagamie County Court with First Degree Intentional Homicide, Robbery with Use of Force, Taking a Vehicle Without Consent and Use of Force, and misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, Rogers shot and killed Erik Hudson at a W. Summer Street home back in November. The home is known as a drug house, according to the Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Unit.
Rogers faces life in prison if convicted.
