It’s always a good day when Sevendust releases new music. The Grammy-nominated metal outfit has announced that they will be releasing their fourteenth studio album, titled Truth Killer, on July 28th later this summer via Napalm Records. Fans were treated to the release of the album’s first single and subsequent music video, titled “Fence”.
From the introspective opening of “I Might Let The Devil Win” to the classic Sevendust sound of “Fence”, the twelve tracks on Truth Killer demonstrate the diverse style that has won the band a legion of loyal fans throughout their illustrious career. Truth Killer can be pre-ordered HERE.
Guitarist Clint Lowery spoke on the new record via The Mistress Carrie Podcast, talking about how the band is still working hard creating music that they enjoy.
“I’m very stoked about the record. A lot of bands say that. I’m amazed we’re still making music we love and we’re not phoning it in. We worked really hard on it.”
The music video for “Fence” is a claymation video directed by Ollie Jones which depicts a chemical leak at a Sevendust show which turns the band into zombies. The music video and artwork for Truth Killer can be viewed below!
