APPLETON, Wis–Grand Chute Supervisor Ron Wolff will be allowed to have contact with town employees while awaiting trial on a misconduct in office charge. Wolff made his initial appearance in Outagamie County Court on one count of Personal Interest in a Public Contract.
Assistant Attorney General Nathaniel Adamson requested Wolff not be allowed to contact town employees as a condition of his signature bond……………………
But defense attorney Nathan Otis opposed that request………..
The lawsuit against Wolff and two other supervisors was filed by former Town Administrator Jim March after his firing this spring. Police Chief Greg Peterson had also filed a complaint with the Town Board last year accusing Wolff of trying to intimidate him during a confrontation at Town Hall.
Wolff will return to court August 18th for a preliminary hearing.
