As if there would be any doubt that the latest EP from Spiritbox wouldn’t be an absolute banger! Opening with arguably their heaviest track ‘Cellar Door’ sets the tone for a ride through an exhilarating experience that goes from soaring highs to pummeling lows all while maintaining an ethereal melody that feels like you’re falling through the void of space. When I spoke to Courtney LaPlante last year we chatted about how much she feels her band has to prove and how hungry they are to do just that.
‘…I still feel very new to this…I feel insecure but in like a good way…I don’t think the position our band is in, I still think we have so much to prove.’
