APPLETON, Wis–The large pine tree in Appleton’s City Park is finally awash in Christmas lighting. This week, crews were able to get strings of lights on the tree and get them lit at night.
Lighting of the tree was delayed last month when it was found many of the strings didn’t work–and other equipment was broken.
