OSHKOSH, Wis–A portion of the former Northwestern Building in downtown Oshkosh is getting a facelift. The auxiliary structure in the 200-block of State Street is being converted into a restaurant.

Oshkosh native, and entrepreneur, TJ Rodgers purchased the Northwestern Building last year, with plans to turn it into a boutique hotel.
