MGK drops a rock song and the first thing we’ll hear is “That’s not rock” and most likely from people who haven’t listened to the song. So before you get those preconceived notions in your head, give it a listen. That doesn’t mean you have to like it… but at least listen before forming an opinion. It might surprise you.
On December 4th, Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) tweeted that he would be releasing a rock album in 2020. Fast forward 2 weeks and he updated that text to say a “pop-punk” album.
I’d like to reword what I said last week to this:
