APPLETON, Wis–Developers have unveiled plans for a complete redesign of the City Center Plaza in downtown Appleton. Dark Horse Development has created a website with initial designs for the building in the 100-block of West College Avenue–and will be renamed Fox Commons.
It is adjacent to the Building for Kids Museum and houses several small retailers. Dark Horse’s website says Fox Commons will be a hub for health and wellness–with Mosaic Family Health already in negotiations to become a tenant. There will also be additional office space, retail and dining.
Dark Horse is currently converting the former Anchor Bank building in downtown Menasha into the Harbor Lofts Apartments. We have reached out to Dark Horse for comment on the project, but we have not heard back from them.
