If you happened to catch one of Rage Against The Machine’s reunion shows this year, count yourself lucky because it seems like it won’t be happening again for some time.
The band’s vocalist Zach de la Rocha has just issued a statement on Rage’s social media channels, announcing that the remaining shows of their 2022/23 North American tour have been cancelled. Zack has been recovering from a torn achilles tendon injury will need more time to heal. Zack injured his leg very early on in the band’s touring this past summer, and would go on to perform nightly sitting on a road touring case, unable to maneuver around the stage on his own.
All purchased tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase. The band’s full statement is viewable below.
