GREEN BAY, Wis–Green Bay Police arrest a convicted felon accused of owning weapons. Troy Soldier was taken into custody after a nuisance property complaint along the 11-hundred block of Smith Street Tuesday morning.
A search of Soldier’s car allegedly turned up three guns, meth, fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana. One of the firearms had been reported stolen from Oconto County.
Police are looking for two other people that ran from the scene. Criminal charges are pending.
