Michigan-based rockers Pop Evil have released the official music video for their most recent track “Paranoid (Crash & Burn)” off their forthcoming seventh studio album. This new song comes on the tail of their chart-topping track “Eye Of The Storm”, which reached No. 1 on the rock radio charts.
“Paranoid (Crash & Burn)” takes the band back to their heavier sound, which frontman Leigh Kakaty told me was going to be the overall sound of the new record. Kakaty said he thinks fans who like the heavier Pop Evil sound have been somewhat ignored recently, and he wants to expand their sound to cover those heavier desires.
The new video is very cinematic in nature, with lots of special effects swirling around the band as they play the new song. Check it out below!
Pop Evil will be hitting the road in early 2023 on their Skeletons Tour. The Word Alive and AVOID will be joining them in support, making for an awesome night of live music. The tour will be stopping through The Rave in Milwaukee on April 23rd. Tickets for that show are on sale now, and can be purchased HERE.
