Germany’s 2023 “Rock am Ring” music festival took place this past weekend (June 2-4), which saw a myriad of great acts hit the stage. Among those performing were big name bands such as Three Days Grace, Motionless In White, Hollywood Undead, Turnstile, Papa Roach, Evanescence, and many more.
When Evanescence rocked the house, they closed with their multi-platinum hit “Bring Me To Life” off of their 2003 debut album Fallen, which has recently achieved diamond status in the United States. Vocalist Amy Lee called for Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix to join the band onstage for the last half of the song, doing the male vocals that are typically left out of the live version of the track.
Needless to say it was cool seeing nu metal legends join forces on such a big stage after all these years. Check out video of the moment below!
