Ok Jelly Roll, we see you. The big man can do no wrong as he has now gotten himself another number-one rock song as “Liar” hits the top spot everywhere this week. To go with his big hits at country, pop, and alternative, it doesn’t matter; Jelly Roll will play. Badflower moves into number two and we get a huge debut from Three Days Grace with the song “Mayday” featuring both of their lead singers, Adam Gontier and Matt Walst.
Before Jelly Roll and Hardy were cranking up the louder guitars and rocking out, it was Canadian country-rock singer-songwriter Cory Marks doing just that. He’s back with a little help from Sully Erna on the new tune “Make My Country Rock” featured on his new album Sorry For Nothing. Cory joined me to talk and talk some more about everything from the music to hockey.
Below are the conversation, the music videos, and an extended playlist of this week’s top rock songs.
