Official Contest Rules 2025

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter to win this contest (message & data rates may apply). Void where prohibited by law. Must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of Wisconsin to participate.

PROMOTION PERIOD: 4/14/2025 at approximately 11:30:00am CDT – 05/02/2025 at approximately 5:30:00pm CDT (the “Promotion”)
NUMBER OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner
ODDS OF WINNING: Dependent upon number of eligible entries.
PRIZE: Two (2) Tickets to the Sold Out System of a Down & Avenged Sevenfold concert at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on Sunday, August 31, 2025, Two (2) Night Hotel Accommodations and a $100 Gas Card

ADMINISTRATOR: Woodward Community Media, a division of Woodward Communications, Inc., 2800 E College Ave Appleton, WI 54915 (the “Administrator”)

Who Can Enter
Eligible entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and legal U.S. residents of the state of Wisconsin as of the date of entry in the Contest. Employees (including, without limitation, part-time or temporary employees) of the Station, Sponsor and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and management at any time during the applicable contesting period and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, siblings (half and full) and the steps of each of the foregoing) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

How to Enter
ON AIR: Listen to the Station broadcast signals (94.7 FM or 104.7 FM) or live stream at RazorWisconsin.com and/or the Razor Mobile App, Monday through Friday at approximately 11:30:00am CDT, 2:30:00pm CDT and 5:30:00pm CDT for the cue to call the studio line at (920) 281-0947. Caller number 9 will be qualified. All on-air qualifiers receive a $25 PCM Credit Union cash card and two (2) tickets to MidYear Mayhem featuring The Pretty Reckless at EPIC Event Center in Green Bay on May 22, 2025.

ON SITE: Enter to win at participating PCM Credit Union locations. Registrants must use their mobile device’s camera or scanner to view the QR code on the contest poster displayed at the locations listed below and follow the link to the online registration page. All required fields MUST be filled out on the entry form and successfully submitted to be considered eligible. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ENTRY BEFORE SUBMITTING. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

On Site Qualifier Selection
Random drawing of the eligible entries to determine ten (10) qualifiers. Each qualifier will receive a $25 PCM Credit Union cash card and two (2) tickets to attend the MidYear Mayhem concert featuring The Pretty Reckless at EPIC Event Center in Green Bay on May 22, 2025 to participate in the grand prize drawing event. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. No proxies are allowed.

Grand Prize Drawing Event

Qualifiers must register with Razor at the MidYear Mayhem concert on Thursday, May 22, 2025 by 8:00pm CDT. No proxies allowed. Grand prize drawing will take place at approximately 8:45pm, prior to The Pretty Reckless. Times subject to change.
Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
- Two (2) Tickets to the SOLD OUT System of a Down and Avenged Sevenfold concert at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on August 31, 2025
- Two (2) Night Hotel Accommodations in Chicago, IL (8/30/25-9/01/25)
- One (1) $100 Gas Gift Card
If the grand prize winner does not claim the prize within the appropriate time given upon, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited.
The Administrator reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable Contest events.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, unless otherwise stated in the contest rules. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize winner/s will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name and/or likeness/voice for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
ARV of the grand prize package is $2,000 USD.

Additional Rules and Conditions that Apply to this Contest

Entry into the Sweepstakes will constitute an agreement to abide by the Official Rules and acknowledge that the decision of the judges is final. Although not required to participate, the Sweepstakes Entry Form may request consent (via checkbox) to be added to Stations and/or Sponsor and its affiliated companies’ direct mail, Internet and Mobile marketing databases to receive email and/or text messages.

Should travel be part of the prize, Stations, Sponsor/s and Administrator are not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays.

Trip Prize Conditions: Selection of airline and resort are solely within Sponsor’s and Administrator’s discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental accommodations charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. Travel for the trip awarded must take place on and/or within the designated dates and is subject to schedule and availability, alternative travel dates will not be provided. If the prize winner(s) is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the specified prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate prize winner(s) at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and Administrator. Exact travel dates and arrangements may be subject to availability whether specified or not. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary.

General Terms and Conditions

Use of robotic, mechanical or other forms of pre-programmed entry methods is prohibited. Stations will disqualify any Contest entry on the basis of the use of such manipulation tools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants are not entitled to use such manipulation tools and Stations reserves the right (in its sole discretion), from time to time, to implement entry processes that may frustrate or prohibit such automated entry; provided, however, that no entrant in any Contest may rely upon or insist upon Stations’s failure or refusal to take any of the foregoing actions or to determine, in its sole discretion, that one entrant’s entry should be discounted because another entrant’s entry was or vice versa.

Station Management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Contest and in the interpretation of Contest rules. The decisions of the Stations will be final as to all matters, including, without limitation, whether any entry is valid or contestant is correct or not. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement by entrants to abide by these rules, as well as any other rules established by the Stations.

Stations and Sponsor/s are not responsible for any technical difficulties, technical malfunctions or errors (whether technical or typographical or human) which may occur in the administration of the Contest and/or the processing of any entries, errors experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, internet availability, electronic problems, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of any of the websites, computer virus, bug, or other errors or corruptions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing or Stations from receiving (accurately or otherwise) a phone call, an email, accessing any website (including the Stations or any third party website), or for any problem associated with the Stations website or voting website or software, internet, telephone connections, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry, participation, voting or prize claim in any way, regardless of the cause, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer, equipment, property, software or network related to or resulting from participating in a Stations contest or visiting its websites (whether as an entrant, visitor or voter). Stations and Sponsor/s assume no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in a Station’s Contest. Stations are not responsible for any printing errors or typographical errors. If, for any reason, in the sole opinion of Stations, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by Stations, which, in sole opinion of the Stations, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of a Contest.

All entries become the property of the Stations and incomplete or ineligible entrants will be void. Entries that are determined to be fraudulent will be void, and the person making such an entry may be barred from further participation in this Contest and, in Stations’s sole discretion on a case by case basis, banned from any future participation in any Station’s Contest (which Station’s decision may not be disputed or appealed).

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby agree and each entrant hereby remises, releases and forever discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stations, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and the Contest from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages sustained or incurred by participation in the Contest and the receipt and use of any prize(s) awarded (if any) through this Contest arising in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to an act or omission, whether negligent, intentional or otherwise caused by Stations, its affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents and all others connected with them and this Contest.

By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby consent to the Station’s usage of any one or more of the following for on-air broadcast, online usage and for any other advertising and promotional purpose in any medium whatsoever without payment of any additional consideration: entrant’s name; voice; likeness; biographical information; his/her participation in the Contest; and the substance of the entrant’s entry form or any other Contest submissions.

By entering this Contest, entrants understand and agree that Stations may take photographs and/or videotape and/or audiotape any entrant’s participation, appearance and/or performance in connection with this Contest (before, during or after the Contest) and that Stations will own any such photos, audio and/or video and shall be free to utilize, such materials in any way it sees fit during or after the Contest with no compensation to the entrants, including without limitation posting any such photographs, audio and/or videos on its website.

Stations reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual from this Contest if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Contest rules.

Stations reserve the right to: (i) terminate or declare the Contest null and void and rescind any prize, if in its sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of the Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in the Contest; (ii) alter or amend these Contest rules at any time; (iii) provide alternative means of entry and/or (iv) stop or conclude the Contest at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Contest rules will be broadcast on-air and/or posted online, when practical. Information collected by Stations in connection with entering or otherwise participating in this Contest may be used in accordance with Stations’s privacy policy (available from a link at the bottom of a participating Stations’s website home page).
